With or Without You

"With or Without You" is a "Guangzhou local film" produced by Guangzhou Baiqu Culture Communication Co., Ltd., distributed by Jiangban Dongyu (Guangzhou) Film Co., Ltd., and promoted and marketed by Vanilla (Beijing) Culture Communication Co., Ltd. The film is written and directed by Feng Yi, starring Zheng Jingru and Ya Yu, with supporting roles by Yan Sanyuan, Zhou Lin, Yang Qianmiao, Xue Wen, and Tian Ruosi. The story unfolds from a novel written by emerging female writer Li Wenxin. The novel tells a true love story about a male book critic, Zhang Jingxing, and his tumultuous relationships with four women, one of whom is Li Wenxin herself. The story takes place five years ago when Li Wenxin, who had just entered the workforce and was in a period of confusion, met Zhang Jingxing at a bookstore event, thereby unveiling the unknown true life behind Zhang Jingxing. The film is set to be released on June 17, 2024.
