The story revolves around Song Lingling (played by Zhou Jieqiong), a spirited and somewhat eccentric game designer. She unexpectedly becomes possessed by an NPC she created in her game, leading her to embark on a humorous cohabitation with “the client,” Xiao Ran. As they work together to fix bugs in the game, they also confront their own personal issues. From being initial rivals to gradually becoming soulmates, Song Lingling and Xiao Ran, accompanied by their friend Zhang Yunfei, navigate through a dual timeline of virtual and real worlds, experiencing various adventures and embarking on a cross-dimensional love story.
