The film tells the story of wanted criminal Shen Guoliang, who upon being told he has only six months to live, decides to turn himself in at his own convenience. However, at the police station's notice board, he finds he's only the third most wanted criminal. He swears to make his mark in history, determined to put his name in the top place of the wanted list to prove that he is the current superhero. However, blind greed, anger, and folly turn out to be the eternal enemies in his life. Only then does he realize that this is the ultimate sin and punishment in life.
