The Lyricist Wannabe

The story is about a high school girl, Luo Yingshi (played by Chung Suet Ying), who believes she has a talent for writing lyrics and dreams of becoming a lyricist. She spent ten years trying different unique and bizarre ways to pursue her dream. With deep conviction in the saying, "everyone is born with a purpose," Yingshi is misguided by her teachers' remarks and is determined that lyric writing is her life's mission. She aspires to become a lyricist! However, despite her diligent efforts, constant innovation in approach, honing her lyric-writing skills, and actively networking, she hasn't managed to succeed in the industry due to various reasons. The path to becoming a lyricist, which she cherishes so deeply, has comically reduced her to become known as "The Lyricist Wannabe." Only Yingshi holds firm to the belief "With perseverance, even a wrought iron can be ground to a needle." She treats the dream she carries as a burden of life, she sprints on the road child-heartedly, despite the hardships, and disregards societal judgment, she continues to move forward on her path to realize her dreams.
