The story begins with rookie reporter Lin Pei-Ting (played by Wang Yu-Xuan) mysteriously found dead at a drug-fueled nightclub party. Veteran entertainment journalist Liu Chih-Chun (played by Allison Lin) teams up with paparazzi photographer Chuang Ta-Hai (played by Hsueh Shih-Ling) to investigate. As their inquiry deepens, they uncover a web of corruption and power struggles within the entertainment industry, exposing scandals involving media mogul (played by Samantha Ko) and a political-business elite (played by Frederick Lee). When manager (played by True True Wang) holds critical evidence and prosecutor (played by Hans Chung Cheng-Han) becomes unexpectedly entangled in the chaos, the stage is set for a power game that shakes the entertainment world to its core.
