The plot follows Zi Xiang (played by Lin Yu), who yearns to break free from family responsibilities. He is sent to Taiwan for business negotiations but, after being attacked, persuades his assistant to hire caregiver Shao Peng (played by Kim Yun) in hopes of escaping his constraints and seeking freedom. However, during this process, Zi Xiang finds himself deeply attracted to Shao Peng. Zi Xiang's assistant, Feng Jie (played by Lin Jia-you), takes on the role of a stand-in to protect him but unexpectedly becomes involved in an assassination attempt by a bungling hitman named Xin Jia (played by Lin Yong-jie). These incidents allow Feng Jie to narrowly escape danger and spark a romantic connection in the process.

The series is a collaboration between Taiwan's BIG ART Co.,Ltd. and Japan's streaming platforms Video Market and Rakuten TV, with production by Nao Jiang Entertainment Production Ltd. Directed by Chiang Ping-chen and written by Lin Pei-yu, the main cast includes Kim Yun, Lin Yu, Edwin Lin, Lin Yong-jie, Lee Yu, and Ai Yu-fan. The story is inspired by the experiences of director Chiang Ping-chen's uncle and revolves around a wealthy third-generation heir who unexpectedly falls in love with a hearing-impaired caregiver while trying to escape the pressures of inheriting the family business. The series is set to premiere on KKTV in Taiwan on October 23, 2024.
