One More Chance

The story revolves around a laid-back man named Chui Shui Fai, who often spends his time at the casino and frequently ends up losing all his money. He and his friends, Uncle Fa and Fat Dog, run a small barbershop, but the income from this business is not enough to sustain his gambling habit. Fortunately, a stroke of luck comes his way when his old flame, Li Xi, suddenly appears and asks him to take care of their son, Li Yang, for a month, offering an advance payment of fifty thousand dollars and another fifty thousand upon completion of the task. Driven by his desire for money, Chui Shui Fai immediately accepts the job, but soon discovers that Li Yang is autistic. What he initially thought would be easy money turns out to be a challenging task, as his worldly ways and solitary lifestyle make it difficult for him to handle the special needs and emotions of his son. Due to his carefree habits and lack of understanding, Li Yang's special needs and emotions are neglected, straining the father-son relationship. When the agreed-upon day arrives, Li Xi does not show up, and Chui Shui Fai realizes the true reason she brought their son to meet him. As Li Yang gradually shows his talent for running, Chui Shui Fai seems to find a new purpose in life. He resolves to change his reckless ways and dedicate himself to supporting his son in achieving his dreams.
