The story revolves around the journalist Xiaoqi (played by Jennifer Yu), who becomes embroiled in the case after receiving a tip from A1 News Agency about the abuse of residents at the 'Color Bridge House' disabled home. She voluntarily goes undercover in the home to find the truth and exposes the inhumane living conditions there.
