"Haunted House for Sale" tells the story of a real estate agency called "Happiness Realty," which has created a database of haunted houses in Taipei to provide better services. This allows domestic and international clients to check online before purchasing a property, avoiding potential disputes from accidentally buying a haunted house. They also established a special task force to investigate these haunted properties. Anqi Lu (played by Annie Chen), a seasoned agent unafraid of poverty or ghosts, takes on the task of dealing with a haunted house left by her missing father. She is joined by her new assistant, Da-zhi You (played by Kent Tsai), who has a supernatural sensitivity. Together, they take on the company's haunted house investigation mission. Throughout this process, they uncover epoch-making stories hidden behind the terrifying rumors.
