The plot follows Michael (played by Sunny Wang), the second-generation leader of the "Daqiaotou" gang, who is eager to establish a new order. He strikes a deal with Ah-Ching (played by Cheng Jen-Shuo), Ah-Meng (played by Shih Ming-Shuai), and Zhong-Bao (played by Chang Tsai-Hsing) from the "Tugou Gang" to attack the territory of Brother Ren (played by Wang Shih-Hsien) from the "Beiguan" gang. This move provokes dissatisfaction among other gang leaders who question his ambition to seize territory. Even Gui Dong (played by Jack Kao) from the "Beiguan" gang bluntly calls him "naive."
