Braveness of the Ming2024

Set in the early Ming Dynasty, the story follows Xia Xun as he inadvertently becomes a pawn for the Jinyiwei. After witnessing the ruthless actions of his overseer, Zhang Shisan, he decides to eliminate threats for self-preservation. He meets his future wife, Xie Yufei, and their relationship sparks a series of events. As the plot unfolds, Xia Xun is pursued by the Jinyiwei on his way home but is saved by Ximen Lang and Ji Gang, and the three become sworn brothers.

Shortly after, they inadvertently rescue the Yan Wang and the princess, drawing the attention of the Jinyiwei's leaders, Bai Yixia and Luo Kedi. Under their mentorship, Xia Xun gradually becomes an outstanding Jinyiwei. After Zhu Yunwen ascends the throne, Xia Xun, with a sense of duty to his country, decides to assist the Yan Wang in his rise to power to spare the people from further suffering. He and Ji Gang work closely with the Yan Wang, contributing significantly to his ascension.

However, as their power grows, Ji Gang's ambitions expand, leading to increasing tensions between the two. Xia Xun becomes Ji Gang's greatest threat, especially when his beloved chooses Xia Xun, resulting in a complete fallout between brothers. Ji Gang exploits Zhu Di's suspicions, gradually cornering Xia Xun. How Xia Xun will ultimately escape this predicament becomes a major highlight of the drama.
