The story follows Chinese Jing ethnic young man A Yong (played by Zhao Yingbo) and his close friend A Cheng (played by Liu Sibao). The two encounter A Hua (played by Ding Zhao Duan Yi) from Vietnam during border trade, leading to a complex emotional entanglement over time. However, their beautiful relationship faces significant setbacks due to external interference and schemes, plunging the three into a tragic situation.
Six years later, A Yong has successfully transitioned into a domestic supplier of Vietnamese seafood products, while A Cheng marries A Mei, the girl he saved during his troubled times. This completes their cross-border love story.
