"Adventure Behind the Bronze Door" is a suspenseful adventure web series produced by Penguin Films, Quantum Entertainment, and NanPai Entertainment in mainland China. The series is directed by Han Qing and features Nandai Sanshu (Uncle Three) as the chief screenwriter. The main cast includes Zhang Luyi, Janice Man, Chen Minghao, Zhang Kangle, and Wei Qianxiang. The storyline is adapted from the novel of the same name by Nandai Sanshu and continues the story from "The Lost Tomb," detailing Zhang Qiling and Wu Xie's intense curiosity about Zhang Qiling's past after a ten-year promise. The plot revolves around Wu Xie, who discovers a mysterious scorpion bead necklace five years later. This discovery leads him and Wang Pangzi to decide to follow the clues and head to Moxiang, embarking on a series of twisting and unpredictable adventures. The series is a key focus of the Zhejiang Provincial Radio and Television Bureau's online audiovisual projects and will premiere on Tencent Video on August 26, 2024. On the first day, three episodes will be released at noon, followed by daily updates for seven consecutive days. SVIP members will have access to watch one episode in advance. Subsequently, two episodes will be updated daily from Tuesday to Thursday, and one episode will be updated from Friday to Sunday.
