A Balloon’s Landing

"A Balloon's Landing" portrays a romantic road journey between two young men, as well as the stories of other characters played by Allison Lin and Chan Tzu Hsuan. The story follows an forlorn Hong Kong writer named Tian Yu, who encounters a Taipei street thug, Ah Xiang. The two embark on a journey to find the Jellyfish Bay, a supposed gateway to heaven. Along the way, they encounter many surprising twists and deep connections, bringing up the theme that "there's always someone similar to you and waiting for you in this world."
