Zhou Mei-jun

Zhou Mei-jun, born on October 31, 2004, in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, is a Chinese actress and singer. In 2015, she released her first single "Cherry Yard" and participated in the variety shows "Wu Jia You Ming Xing" and "Genius Baby Chasing Dreams Spring Festival Gala." In 2016, Zhou Meijun starred in the film "Angels Wear White," directed by Vivian Qu, playing the role of Meng Xiaowen. The film was nominated for the main competition at the 74th Venice Film Festival, and she received a nomination for Best Newcomer at the 12th Asian Film Awards. That same year, she participated in the music cover program "Echoes."
In April 2023, the film "A Song Sung Blue," in which she starred, was selected for the Directors' Fortnight at the 76th Cannes Film Festival. Zhou Meijun also appeared in Cai Chengjie’s "All in, All 4 You," Zhang Yudi’s "The Midsummer's Voice," Ke Xingpei’s "燃燒的愛 (Burning Love)," and "The Girl Turns The Night," a film based on the true story of the first female general of New China.
