Yao Chun-yao

Yao Chun-yao (Jack Yao), born in Taiwan on October 29, 1984, is an actor and presenter who is active in Taiwan and graduated from the Department of Drama of Taipei National University of the Arts. His artistic career began in 2010 when he starred in the comedy film "Au Revoir Taipei". In 2013, he played an important role in the youth idol drama "Happy 300 Days", and starred in the romantic drama "In A Good Way" in the same year.
2014 was the year of his transformation, Yao Chunyao successfully won the program host award at the 51st Taiwan TV Golden Bell Awards for his hosting work in "Stories in Taiwan", and in the same year he starred in the movie "Peace In Love". In the following years, he starred in many films such as "The Best of Youth", "Omotenashi" and "Military Dog".
In 2020, his outstanding performance in the industry drama "The Mirror" won him the Drama Program Actor Award at the 55th Taiwan Television Golden Bell Awards. In the same year, he also performed well in the same-sex film "Dear Tenant" at the Taipei Film Festival and the suspense drama "Detention" produced by Netflix. In 2021, he starred in the short film "Asphyxia". In 2022, he starred in the crime thriller drama "The Amazing Grace of Sigma".
In March 2023, his performance in the crime suspense drama "Copycat Killer" was loved by the audience, and his participation in the fantasy comedy "Oh No! Here Comes Trouble" also received a warm response.
