Yang Li-yin
Yang Li-yin , born in 1963, is a Taiwanese actress active in films, television, and theater. Graduating from the drama department of the Guoguang Art School, she demonstrated her talent through stage performances at the "蘭陵劇坊 (Lanling Theatre Workshop)" in the 1980s. Later, she was discovered by Wang Wei-Chung and became a regular on the variety show "連環泡 (Serial Bubbles)" on CTS, thereby making her mark in the Taiwanese variety show industry. Although she briefly left her acting career due to family reasons, she returned to the stage years later, participating in stage plays by The Other Theatre and performances in some TV dramas, including "Long Day's Journey into Light" and "Office Girls". In addition, she also starred in a number of films including "Dust In The Wind" and "The Sandwich Man". In recent years, her outstanding portrayal of motherly roles has been highly recognized and she has been nominated for the Golden Bell Awards many times. She even won the award for Best Actress in a Drama Program for her role in "Sunshine on Grass Mountain".
