Xing Jian-jun

Xing Jian-jun, male, Han ethnicity, was born on March 7, 1979, in Nanyang, Henan, China. He is a director and screenwriter in mainland China. In his youth, he worked in advertising, IT, and marketing industries, but by chance, he entered the film and television industry, marking the beginning of his directing career. Early in his career, he participated in various productions, taking on roles from script supervisor to assistant director, meticulously focusing on every detail.
In 2013, his anti-war drama "Snipers," which he both directed and wrote, received widespread acclaim, allowing him to gain recognition in the industry. Following that, his direction of "The Predator Soldiers" also achieved impressive viewership ratings.
In 2018, Xing Jianjun continued to make strides in the film and television field with the web series "The kidnappers," which he wrote and directed, airing on Youku. That same year, his work "God of Misfortune" won the Best Emerging Director Award at the First Youth Film Festival.
