Wang Zhi-fei

Wang Zhi-fei, born on March 20, 1965, in Beijing, is a male actor from mainland China and a national first-class actor. In 1984, he was admitted to the China Railway Cultural Troupe and graduated from the Central Academy of Drama in 1987. In 2000, he won the Favorite Male Supporting Actor Award at the first China Golden Eagle Television Arts Festival for his role as Chief of Staff Tang Long in the television drama "Get through the close siege." In 2004, he starred in the republican-era drama "風吹雲動星不動 (The Wind Blows, Clouds Move, Stars Stay Still)," and in 2005, he appeared in the wartime drama "Life of Dragon and Tiger." In 2006, he gained widespread attention for his role as Shang Yang in the historical drama "The Qin Empire." In 2007, he starred in the family emotional drama "Shi wan ren jia," and in 2008, he collaborated with Zhang Xinyi in the spy drama "Sophie's confession." In 2009, he starred in the tribute film "Mom and dad for 60 years."
In 2010, he participated in the spy drama "Walk on the Tip" and starred in the historical revolutionary drama "The Lord Protector General of the army." In 2011, he starred in the period business drama "向東是大海 (Eastward is the Sea)" and appeared in "Da Zhai Men 1912." In 2012, he starred in the urban workplace drama "Floating and Sinking" and appeared in the film "The Tree in the Rain." In 2013, he served as a producer for the television drama "Out of the Mist" and established the Wang Zhifei Studio; on October 6 of that year, he married actress Zhang Dinghan. In 2017, he starred in the romantic fantasy comedy "Once Again." In 2019, he won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 32nd China Golden Rooster Awards for his performance in the film "The Bugle from Gutian." In 2022, he participated in the "Hundred Flowers Welcoming Spring" gala, reciting "In Your Great Embrace." In 2023, he appeared in the revolutionary historical drama "Youth in the Flames of War."
