Qin Wen

Qin Wen, born in November 1982 in Shanghai, is a well-known female screenwriter from Mainland China. She graduated from the literature department of the Central Academy of Drama, specializing in drama literature. In 2001, she won the first prize in the third National New Concept Composition Competition. In 2004, she ventured into television scriptwriting and was responsible for the children's situational drama "十二樓的流星雨 (Meteor Shower on the Twelfth Floor)". In 2005, Qin Wen participated in writing the romance drama "We have nowhere to place youth". In 2010, she became the screenwriter for the romantic TV series "如果愛 (If Love)". In 2013, she won the Best Screenwriter award at the 9th Sino-American Film Festival for the urban drama "Hot Mom!". In 2014, she once again won the award for top ten television drama screenwriters at the 10th National TV Producer Industry Awards with her prolific work. In 2017, Qin Wen showcased her impressive urban emotional scriptwriting abilities in "The First Half of My Life" and won the annual focus TV drama screenwriter award at the first Screenwriter's Carnival and the Best Screenwriter award at the 24th Shanghai TV Festival Magnolia Awards. In 2023, her work "Blossoms Shanghai" was aired. In 2024, she once again received the annual screenwriter award at the second China TV Drama Annual Festival.
