Pon Hung

Pon Hung (Hung Zi-pon) is a graduate of Shih Hsin University's Department of Radio and Television, Film Group, and also an excellent emerging director in Taiwan. He gradually grew from an assistant director to a post-production director, amassing rich and solid production experience along the way. In addition, he is passionate about conducting acting classes, and has founded the 'Director Says Acting Class'.
In 2017 and 2018, Pon Hung unveiled his directed works, the Public Television Service original films 'Circle of Noose' and 'Possession'. His very first project as both scriptwriter and director was the TV drama 'The Fearless'.
His work 'Fear in a Can' from '76 Horror Bookstore' demonstrates his mature skills in handling fantasy and supernatural thriller genres, and it also reveals his rich and unique visions within these genres.
In 2021, he co-directed 'Rainless Love in a Godless Land' with the production team of 'Someday or One Day'. By 2024, he launched his representative work, the period drama series 'TradeWar'.。
