Peng Chia-chia
Peng Chia-chia, originally named Peng Zhang-Can and later renamed Peng Gao-Shang, was born on April 15, 1956, in Chiayi, Taiwan. He is a multi-talented entertainer, taking on various roles including television host and director. He graduated from Far East University, where he studied Innovative Product Design and Entrepreneurship Management, earning a master's degree. However, before stepping into the entertainment industry, Peng led a diverse life, having been a batboy at Tainan Municipal Baseball Stadium, a postman, and a singer at a western-style restaurant. Since 1984, he devoted himself to the performing arts, becoming a stage host and actor in Taiwanese dramas. He released his own music albums and wrote songs for many singers. His talents are diverse, later venturing further into TV hosting and engaging in scriptwriting and directing films. His collaboration with Hsu Hsiao-Shun spanned many years. They not only had a great partnership but also a master-apprentice relationship. Their most well-known work is the drama series associated with "Lion Dancing", which is also the pinnacle of their acting careers.
