Ma Yi-li

Ma Yi-li, was born on June 29, 1976, in the Hongkou District of Shanghai. She is a Chinese actress from Nantong, Jiangsu. Ma graduated from the acting section of Shanghai Theater Academy's undergraduate program in 1994. In 1996, she debuted in the idol drama "真空愛情記錄 (Void Love Record)". In 2003, she achieved fame for her role in the television drama "Princess of Pearl 3". In 2006, due to her outstanding performance in the costume drama "Qiao's Grand Courtyard", she won the favorite female actress award at the 23rd China Television Golden Eagle Award. In 2007, she appeared in the youth inspirational drama "Struggle" and won a series of awards, including the BQ Red List Annual Artistic Red Person Award for this drama.
