Leo Li
Leo Li (Li Qing-yu), born on September 15, 2011, in Beijing, is a new generation child star actor from mainland China. He made his film debut in 2014 with "Seventy-Seven Days," where he played the role of a nephew. In 2015, he appeared in the TV series "Legend of Mi Yue" as young Mi Rong and participated in several other projects, including the film "Air Strike" and the TV drama "Yangko Dance," where he played the son, Xiao Bao, as well as in "Mother's Romance" as Zhu Zhu.
In 2016, Leo Li starred in the TV drama "General and I," portraying the son, Chang Xiao, of actors Wallace Chung and Angelababy. That year, he also appeared in "So Young," playing Lin Yu Ning, and in "尋找鄧穎超 (Searching for Deng Yingchao)," where he portrayed the childhood of Premier Li Peng, as well as in the film "League of Gods" as Little Nezha. In 2017, he played Xiao Bao in the movie "Journey to the West: The Demons Strike Back."
In 2018, he featured in the film "The Ferryman · Manjusaka," playing the role of Little Chang Sheng. In 2019, he acted as Zhang Fei in the New Year film "Pegasus," directed by Han Han, alongside Shen Teng, Huang Jingyu, and Yin Zheng. He also played the son, Yu Chen, of the male lead in the urban drama "IF THERE IS NO TOMORROW," and appeared in the historical drama "Royal Nirvana," portraying Lu Wenjin, as well as in the urban workplace romance "Ten Years Late" as Alex.
In 2020, Leo Li played Xiao Ci En in the series "The Little Nyonya/Noniya," directed by Guo Jingyu, and took on the role of Little Zhao Bin Bin in the light sci-fi suspense drama "SISYPHUS." In 2021, he appeared in the short drama "The Taste of Truth" in "Faith Makes Great," playing the character Chun Er. In 2022, the urban emotional drama "鼓樓外 (Outside the Drum Tower)," featuring Leo Li, premiered on March 17, and the suspense drama "The Disappearing Child," in which he participated, aired on August 29. His other works include "Yangko Dance" and the spin off of "Royal Nirvana."
