Kitten Huang was born on September 16, 1973, in Taiwan. She graduated from the Drama Department of National Taiwan University of Arts. She is a theater worker and freelance writer in Taiwan, currently part of the writing team at Comedians workshop. She has been nominated for several literary awards, including the 4th Crown Literature Award and the second place in the Ministry of Education's Literary Award for short stories. In 2020, she was nominated for the Best Mini-Series/Television Movie Screenplay Award at the 55th Golden Bell Awards for her work "The Making of an Ordinary Woman." In 2022, her screenplay for "The Making of an Ordinary Woman 2" won the Best Drama Program Screenplay Award at the 57th Golden Bell Awards. In 2024, her series "I Can See You Shine" will be broadcast.
