Keung To was born in Hong Kong on April 30, 1999. He comes from a Shanghai family and is the only son in the family. He attended Lui Kwok Pat Fong Kindergarten of Hong Kong's Oi Kwan Road Baptist Church, Queen's Road East Government Afternoon Primary School and Tang Shiu Kin Victoria Government Secondary School, and later transferred to the Youth College (Ko Chiu Road) in Tseung Kwan O to complete his diploma course. After finishing his studies, he worked at a McDonald's in Happy Valley.
In 2017, he first stepped onto the talent show stage, participating in the music talent show "Super Boy 2017" Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan region selection competition, successfully becoming one of the four representatives in the national competition, and eventually making it into the top 30 national finalists. In 2018, he once again embarked on the path of talent selection, participated in the idol talent show "Good Night Show: King Maker" organized by Hong Kong's ViuTV. With his outstanding performance and high popularity, he successfully won the championship.
Subsequently, he and the other eleven contestants of the program formed the boy band MIRROR, officially beginning his artist career. Nowadays, whether in music or in the film and television industry, he has started to develop and is moving towards the goal of becoming a tri-talented artist in song, film, and television.
