Julia Xiang Han-zhi (born May 4, 2002) is a Chinese-American actress with ancestral roots in mainland China. She began her acting career in 2018 by signing with Beijing Kaila Pictures Co., Ltd., co-founded by Xu Jing Lei, officially entering the film and television industry.
In July 2019, she made her screen debut in the youth campus drama "Rules of Zoovenia," portraying the character Ye Zi, which marked the start of her professional career. In 2020, she experienced a breakthrough, taking on her first leading role in the costume suspense drama "Honey,Don't run away" and in December of the same year, she co-starred with Wang Anyu in the youth drama "Forever Love," where she gained recognition for her role as the academically gifted girl Xia Linxi.
Her acting career continued to rise in the following year. In September, she gained attention for her role as Tan Yuan in the inspirational period drama "Our Times," and in December, she became widely known for her portrayal of the wealthy girl Chen Jiajia in the family ethics drama "A Little Mood for Love," which sparked discussions after airing in prime time on a satellite channel.
In October 2022, she starred in the urban fantasy drama "Love in Time," playing the time-traveling reporter Chen Jialan. The following year proved fruitful, as she appeared on CCTV in the series "THE ROAD TO ORDINARY" as Dong Jiaona, and shared the screen with Xiao Zhan and Bai Baihe in the workplace drama "Sunshine by My Side," for which she was awarded the "Breakthrough Actor of the Year" at the inaugural New Horn Director Night.
In 2024, her acting portfolio continued to expand, participating in the business drama "Legend of The Magnate," which began filming in April, and starring in the youth growth drama "Young Babylon," which premiered at the end of the month. In September, she completed filming for the costume suspense drama "Calming Waves," and she has several anticipated works, including "Ripe Town," yet to be broadcast.
