Jiang Jia-chen

Jiang Jiachun was born on November 17, 1984, in Shenyang, Liaoning. He is a teacher at the School of Media and Animation at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, as well as a signed director, screenwriter, and editor at Beijing Qiyin Culture Media. He has rich creative experience in the film and television industry and has participated in the direction and production of multiple film and television projects.
In 2016, Jiang Jiachun was selected as one of the top 15 in the CFDG China Young Directors Support Program. In 2018, he directed and wrote the film "Looking for Lucky," which received nominations at several international film festivals, including the Best Screenplay nomination for the Asian New Talent Award at the Shanghai International Film Festival. This work was also recognized at film festivals such as the Beijing Youth Film Festival and the Jogja-Netpac Asian Film Festival in Indonesia. In 2019, Jiang Jiachun was involved as a producer and editor for "City of Romance," which won the Best Feature Film at the 4th European Film Awards, the Best Debut Award at the Asian Film Awards, as well as the Jury Special Award and Best Art Direction at the Osaka University of Art Film Festival.
In 2020, he directed the film "No Problem With Thought," produced by Liang Jing, which was nominated for the main competition at the Warsaw International Film Festival and the FIRST Youth Film Festival. In 2021, the film "Dreams of Getting Rich," for which he served as a screenwriter, won the Audience Favorite Film Award at the Tencent Golden Penguin Film Night, and that same year, he produced the film "Looking Forward To Spring." In 2022, Jiang Jiachun directed and wrote the online series "Sticky Club." Subsequently, in 2023, his film "Clash" was announced to be released on August 23, 2024. Jiang Jiachun's creative talent and contributions to art continue to demonstrate his outstanding influence in the film and television industry.
