Huang Xuan

Huang Xuan, born on March 3, 1985, in Lanzhou, Gansu, is a male actor from mainland China who graduated from the Music Theatre Department of the Beijing Dance Academy. In 2007, he played the lead role of Ding Jingsheng in the drama film "The Shaft", officially entering the entertainment industry. In 2008, he portrayed Xue Ke in the costume drama "Dream of the Red Chamber". In 2013, Huang Xuan played Luo Binji in the drama film "The Golden Era". In 2014, he starred in the Golden Horse Award-winning Best Feature Film "Blind Massage" directed by Lou Ye, earning a nomination for Best Actor of the Year by the China Film Directors' Guild. In the same year, he won the Annual Breakthrough Actor Award at the 2014 National Drama Festival for his role in the period drama "Red Sorghum".
