Hu Ge

Hu Ge, from Xuhui District, Shanghai, born on September 20, 1982, is a well-known actor and singer from Mainland China. He graduated from the acting department of the Shanghai Theatre Academy. During his student years, his performance as the protagonist Li Xiaoyao in the 2005 TV drama "Chinese Paladin" made him one of the most popular actors at the time. Following that, he appeared in a series of television dramas, including "Strange Tales of Liao Zhai", "The Little Fairy", "The Young Warriors", "The Legend of the Condor Heroes", "Chinese Paladin 3", "The Myth", "Xuan-Yuan Sword: Scar of Sky", and "Sound of the Desert". In 2012, he acted in "1911" and was nominated for the Best Newcomer award at the 31st Hundred Flowers Awards. In 2023, for his role in "All Ears", he won the Best Actor award at the 25th Shanghai International Film Festival's Golden Goblet Awards; the same year, the TV drama "Blossoms Shanghai", in which he starred, was a huge hit. In 2024, he won the Annual Actor award at the second China TV Drama Annual Festival for "Blossoms Shanghai".
