Edward Chen

Edward Chen (Chen Hao Sen), originally named Chen Shi Cheng, was born on August 2, 1996. He is a Taiwanese actor and singer. After graduating from the Performing Arts Department of Hsing Wu University, he gained public attention in 2017 with his role in the web drama "Red Balloon". In 2020, his role as Zhang Jiah Han in the film "Your Name Engraved Herein" earned him high acclaim, and this role led to his nomination for Best New Actor at the 57th Golden Horse Awards, where he won the award for the Best Original Film Song. He has also starred in numerous works, including the "Youth" series, "Mermaid Sauna", "The Post-Truth World", "Lesson in Love", "Scamsgiving" and "What the Hell Is Love", and appeared in the YouKu TV drama "In Between". Moreover, he released his first solo album "Almost Human" in November 2023.
