Edan Lui

Edan Lui (Lui Cheuk On) was born on January 21, 1997, and is a male artist from Hong Kong. He participated in the program "Good Night Show: King Maker" hosted by ViuTV in 2018 and achieved a commendable eighth place. After the competition, he officially joined the boy group MIRROR. Further, he officially set foot in the music scene when he released his first single "Mr. E's Series of Unfortunate Events" as a solo artist on January 27, 2021. After the single was released, he won the "Hong Kong Golden Song Award" for "Mr. E's Series of Unfortunate Events" at the Hong Kong Song Awards Ceremony 2021/2022 in the same year. This was high recognition of his musical talent.
In terms of academics, Edan Lui attended the Tsz Yuk Yip Hon Millennium Primary School and Ho Fung College. He achieved excellent results in the 2015 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education exam, his best five subjects totaling 25 points, and went on to study Business Administration (Information Systems) at the University of Hong Kong. Despite his success in the music and entertainment industry, he has said that if given the chance to choose his subject again, he might opt for social work.
