Christopher Lee

Christopher Lee, originally named Lee Meng-soon, was born on July 23, 1971, in Malacca, Malaysia. He is an extremely talented actor of Singaporean nationality, and also a singer and host. His family background is from Chaozhou, Guangdong. Christopher Lee's entertainment career began in 1995 when he participated in the competition "Star Search" held by MediaCorp and won second place, beginning his involvement in the film and television industry as a contracted artist with MediaCorp.
In 1997, he won the Best Actor Award at the Star Awards for the TV series "Price of Peace"; in 1998, his excellent portrayal of Yang Guo in the Singaporean version of "The Return of the Condor Heroes" gained him immense popularity in Taiwan. That same year, he also won the award for the Most Popular Male Artist in Taiwan at the Star Awards for this drama.
Christopher released his first personal album, "The Story of Lee Meng Soon," in 1999. Over the past few years, he has shifted his acting focus to Taiwan, participating in numerous Taiwanese TV dramas and films. Through the 2014 Taiwanese TV drama "A Good Wife," he won the Best Actor in a Drama Program at the 49th Golden Bell Awards, making him the first Malaysian artist to win a Golden Bell Award.
In 2021, he won the Best Actor in a Mini-Series(Television Film) at the 56th Golden Bell Awards for the TV film "Workers", further establishing his important position in the film and television industry. In 2022, he was honored with the Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Program at the 57th Taiwan Television Golden Bell Awards, proving that he can superbly interpret roles, whether as a leading or supporting actor.
