Cheng Xiao-mao, female, was born on May 23, 1983, in China. She is a screenwriter in mainland China. Her career initially involved fields such as journalism, editing, and book marketing, until she began focusing on screenwriting in 2011. In 2012, she co-wrote the comedy "Wei Hun Nan Nu" with Li Ranning.
In 2018, Cheng Xiaomao served as the screenwriter for the romantic film "Miss Puff," directed by and starring Zhang Xinyi. In 2020, her television series "I Don't Want to Be Friends with You" aired on Mango TV, where she also played a character named Coconut.
The following year, she wrote the family urban drama "The Priceless," which premiered on August 30, 2021. In 2024, her romantic drama "Angels Fall Sometimes" was broadcast on CCTV-8. That same year, she contributed to the screenwriting of the television series "Wind Direction," further showcasing her diverse talents in film and television creation.
