Chen Zhe-yuan

Chen Zhe-yuan, born on October 29, 1996, in Shenzhen, Guangdong, is a male singer and actor from mainland China. In 2015, he participated in iQIYI's talent show "King of Pop," successfully advancing to become a member of the boy band Mr.BIO, officially debuting as a singer.
In 2016, Chen transitioned to acting, starring in the web drama "All About Secrets," adapted from the novel of the same name by Rao Xueman, where he played the male lead, Duan Bowen. He also appeared in the urban romantic comedy "She is Beautiful."
In 2018, he played the role of Xiao Yu'er in the costume martial arts drama "The Legend of Zu 2," which aired on Zhejiang TV on January 30. That year, he was recognized for his outstanding performance with the Future Star Award at the Hengdian Film and Television Festival and the 5th "Wenrong Award."
In 2019, Chen participated in the suspense web drama "Detective Chinatown" and its movie sequel "Detective Chinatown 3," as well as the Republican-era fantasy drama "Twelve Legends." In 2020, he won the Annual Potential Male Actor Award at the National Drama Festival for his role as Xiao Yu'er in the costume martial arts drama "Handsome Siblings."
In 2021, Chen starred in the youth campus drama "Our Secret," where he played the calm and steady top student Zhou Siyue, earning the title of "High-Quality Senior" and gaining popularity. That year, he also appeared in "The Princess and the Werewolf" and "Mr.Bad."
By April 2023, Chen was a regular guest on the cultural travel adventure variety show "Youth Periplous Season 4." In June, he starred in the youth romance drama "Hidden Love," playing Duan Jiaxu, which further increased his visibility. In 2024, he starred in the costume fantasy drama "Sword and Fairy 4," and also appeared in "Dark Night and Dawn," which aired the same year.
