Chang I-fang is a Taiwanese director, producer, and executive producer who holds a master's degree in film from National Taiwan University of Arts. Since 1995, he has created several documentaries, including "Rouge Dreamers," "Dance Together," and "Thank You, 35mm." His first feature film, "10 Days," is set to premiere in Taiwan in 2024.
In addition to his directing work, Chang served as the general manager of Full Shine Digital Cinema Production and was the chairperson of the Chinese World Imaging Education Promotion Association. He has also worked as an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Broadcasting and Television at National Taiwan University of Arts. He holds a doctoral degree in operational management and innovative technology in the film and television industry, and has extensive experience in film post-production.
In terms of academic research, Chang's doctoral dissertation explores audience choices between cinemas and OTT streaming platforms in media industry operations. Additionally, he co-authored a research article with Wu Peifen analyzing the accuracy differences in IMDB movie reviews.
