Bai Jing-ting

Bai Jing-ting (October 15, 1993) is a Manchu actor from Huairou, Beijing. He graduated from the Recording Program at the Capital Normal University’s College of Music and is a prominent rising actor in China. In 2014, he gained recognition for his role as Qiao Ran in the youth web drama "Fleet of Time," where his warm image helped him gain popularity. From 2015 to 2017, he focused on campus-themed projects, appearing in youth dramas such as "The Whirlwind Girl," "Yesterday Once More," and "Rush To The Dead Summer."
In 2018, he transitioned to historical dramas, portraying the proud hero Gu Nanyi in the political drama "The Rise of Phoenixes," showcasing his martial arts skills. In 2019, he was listed in Forbes China’s 30 Under 30 Elite. The following year, he received his first nomination for Best Actor at the Huading Awards for his role in the workplace drama "The Ordinary Glory." In 2021, he competed for awards at the Seoul International Drama Awards for his role as anti-terrorist police officer Xing Kelei in "You Are My Hero," achieving a record of 4.1 billion views online.
In 2022, he entered a period of career breakout, delivering acclaimed works including the time-loop short drama "RESET" and the historical comedy "New Life Begins." In 2023, he starred in the business drama "Destined," earning a nomination for Breakthrough Actor at the Chinese TV Drama Annual Ceremony. In 2024, he set a record with a 4% viewership rating for the period drama "Always On The Move" and performed "On the Spring Mountain" at the CCTV Spring Festival Gala.
In 2025, he will take on the urban emotional drama "The First Frost," playing the affectionate entrepreneur Sang Yan, completing his transformation from campus heartthrob to mature actor.
