Angel Teng

Angel Teng, a seasoned film director, graduated with a Master's degree in Psychology from Taiwan University and further pursued a Master's degree in Film Directing from California Institute of the Arts. Born in Yilan, Taiwan, her creative focus lies in exploring genders and growth, with a particularly adept skill in portraying delicate yet profound emotions. Her directed work "Fragrance of the First Flower" has been highly recognized in international film circles. The film was not only selected for the Tokyo International Film Festival and BFI FLARE Film Festival in the UK but also won the Golden Bell Award for Best Screenplay in the Mini-Series TV Movie category.
