Action Tang

Action Tang (Tang Tsung-sheng) was born on December 12, 1970, and is a male artist from Taiwan, affectionately known as Tsung Tsung. He was born in Yongkang City, Tainan County, and comes from a unique family background; his father is from Henan Province, and his brother, Tang Congwen, is a colonel in the Republic of China Army and currently serves as the director of the Cyber Security Institute at the National Defense Security Research Institute. Tang Tsung-sheng graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Drama from the National University of Arts.
In 1996, during his university years, he starred in the film "Mahjong," directed by Yang Dechang, and participated in the Berlin Film Festival alongside actors like Chang Chen and Ke Yulun, where they received the "Special Jury Recommendation Award." In 2000, under the promotion of Zhu Yanping, he gained attention for his role as "Chen A-Bian" in the political satire show "主席有約 (Chairman’s Appointment)" on GTV, where he impersonated then-President Chen Shui-bian. He subsequently appeared on programs such as "Everybody Speaks Nonsense" and "Celebrity Imitated Show" on CTi TV, becoming well-known for his impersonations of celebrities like Li Ao and Chen Shui-bian.
In 2013, he was dubbed the "King of Year-End Parties" after accepting 27 year-end party engagements for a fee of NT$200,000. On November 1 of the same year, he released his first mini-album, "Dual Personality." In 2014, he obtained a Master’s degree in Communication from Ming Chuan University. By the end of 2017, he took on 11 year-end party invitations, and in 2019, he accepted another 15 year-end and spring banquet engagements. Additionally, Tang became widely known in 2005 for his role as Yuan Youcai in the television drama "It Started with a Kiss." In 2019, he participated in the film "Gu Dan Jiang Hu," which was officially released.
