Tao Chien

Tao Chien (Chien You-tao) was born in 1974 and received his degree from the Department of Advertising at National Chengchi University. In the film industry, he started as an assistant editor, actively learning and gradually promoted to vital positions such as executive producer, producer, and assistant director. His prolific production experience and solid directing skills have earned him considerable recognition in the film industry.
His short film works have been nominated for the Golden Harvest Awards numerous times, and his work "Lucky Draw" stood out from among many works, winning the honor of the Superior Award for General Works at the 42nd Golden Harvest Awards. Besides, Tao Chien's talent in cinematography can't be underestimated. His works "Memory Eclipse - Final Round" and "Gold Leaf" were both nominated twice for the Golden Bell Award for Drama Program Photography, showcasing excellence.
