Li Ke-long, born on May 14, 1986, in Boxing County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is a director, screenwriter, producer, and actor from mainland China. He currently serves as the artistic director and director of Beijing Xingbang Cultural Media Co., Ltd. and Dasong Ruge Film Industry (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and is also the chairman of Kelong Film Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
He entered the film industry in 1998 and made his acting debut in the television series "Smart Kid" in 2000. In 2007, he independently directed his first television series, "Le Ku Xiao Zi." In 2009, Li Kelong directed the romantic comedy film "Laowu’s Oscar," which received funding support from the National Radio and Television Administration for domestic films. His drama film "The Sword of Love" was released in theaters in 2012, marking his first film to be shown in cinemas.
In 2014, he directed the children’s film "Junior Chess King," which was nominated for Best Children's Film at the 30th China Film Golden Rooster Awards and for Excellent Children's Film at the 16th China Film Huabiao Awards.
In 2019, Li Kelong directed the comedy film "Big Red Envelope." In 2021, he directed the drama film "Xiu Shui Yang Yang," for which he received a Best Director nomination at the 13th Macau International Film Festival and won the Best New Director Award. In 2024, he will direct and write the comedy science fiction film "Da Hua Wang." In 2025, his comedy film "Big Red Envelope 2: Get Rich" released, in which he serves as both director and screenwriter.
