Phil Tang
As the chairman of Greener Grass Production, Tang Sheng-Jung (Phil Tang) has several decades of extensive film and television experience. He has served as the Deputy Director and Program Manager at Hakka TV, and also had a stint as the Director in the office of the General Supervisor at Da Ai TV, where he also served as the Deputy Manager of the Drama Department.
His varied experience spans across roles such as producer, director, reporter, record supervisor, lyricist, music critic, to radio host. Furthermore, his work also extends into film and television music publishing, theater, among many other forms. He has served as a judge for several awards, including Golden Melody Awards, Golden Indie Music Awards, Golden Bell Awards, and the Pop Music Original Contest.
The animated feature "印順導師傳 (Direct Translation: Master Yinshun)" that he helped plan was nominated for Best Animation at the Golden Horse Awards, and "Sunshine on Grass Mountain" won the Best Marketing Award at the Golden Bell Awards. TV dramas he produced like "Somewhere Over The Sky," "討海人 (Direct Translation: Sea Hunters)," "The World Between Us" were awarded Best Drama at the Golden Bell Awards, and "三春風 (Direct Translation: Three Spring Breezes)" won the Best TV Movie Award at Singapore's Asian Television Awards.
Works he produced, such as "The Tag-Along 2," "The Tag-Along: Devil Fish," were highly loved by the audience. In addition, the serial dramas he produced, such as "Wake Up 2," "Victim's Game," "Tears on Fire," "2049," "Gold Leaf," have also received much acclaim.
