Eugenie Liu, whose real name is Liu Si-ting, was born on November 12, 1990, in Taipei, Taiwan. She is a Taiwanese actress, affectionately nicknamed "Little Year Beast" by her fans. She is the granddaughter of the late veteran artist Gao Ming, a relationship that was only revealed after his passing.
In 2014, Liu won the Best Actress award at the MOD Micro Film Creation Competition, marking her official debut. That same year, she participated in the youth comedy film "排球甜心 (Volleyball Sweetheart)," which, despite production issues preventing her from taking the lead role, laid the foundation for her acting career.
In 2015, Liu starred as the lead in the web series "Happy Together." In July of the same year, she featured as the lead in the music video for "Listen" by Fong Tai Tung, which further boosted her popularity. In 2016, she took on her first leading role in the primetime drama "A Good Day" aired on CTV and CTI. She then starred as the lead in the idol drama "Behind Your Smile" on TTV.
In 2017, Liu appeared in the film "mon mon mon MONSTERS" created and directed by Giddens Ko. On November 22, 2024, she will feature in the film "Daughter's Daughter," which is set to premiere in Taiwan.
