Saline Lake Project

"Saline Lake Project is a road crime black comedy film directed by Lu Lei, starring Wu Zhenyu and Xu Juncong, with Sheng Shao, Mu Hanlong, Tong Lei, Guan Xueying, Du Yuan, Zhao Zixin, and Mao Zigge among the cast. The story revolves around Lao Xiang (played by Francis Ng) who, in his quest for revenge for his beloved, goes undercover in the drug lord circles of Northwest China. During this time, he unexpectedly meets Liu Lu (played by Sheng Guan-sen), a black cab driver, and together they embark on a challenging journey in search of self-redemption. The film is set to be officially released in mainland China on October 23, 2024, and will be exclusively available to members on the streaming platform iQIYI.
