Zhang Xiao-bo

Zhang Xiao-bo , born on December 4, 1970, in China, is a mainland Chinese director, cinematographer, and producer. He graduated from Chongqing University and directed his first television drama, "Bachelor," in 2012. In 2013, he directed the urban emotional drama "Hi 30 years old!." The following year, in 2014, Zhang Xiaobo directed the drama "Food to Pregnant." In 2015, his series "The Nanny Man" premiered in prime time on Heilongjiang TV and Hubei TV. In 2016, he directed the urban emotional drama "To Be a Better Man," which aired during prime time on Zhejiang TV and Jiangsu TV; that same June, "The Nanny Man" also gained popularity on other networks.
On July 17, 2020, his inspirational women's drama "Nothing But Thirty" premiered on Dragon TV and Tencent Video, earning him a nomination for Best Director at the 27th Shanghai Television Festival’s Magnolia Awards and the 2020 Annual Drama Director Award at the Overall Evaluation List. In 2021, he directed the family education drama "A Love for Dilemma." On August 8, 2022, his suspense crime drama "Nobody Knows" officially premiered. In 2023, Zhang Xiaobo directed the new drama "In Between."
