Jake Hsu

Jake Hsu (Hsu Chun-haw), born on December 30, 1990, is a new-generation male actor from Taiwan. He graduated from the National Taiwan University of Arts with a degree in drama. In 2015, he joined the "Qseries" for actor training and made his television debut that same year in the series "Youth Power," where he played the character A-Bao, the grandson of Xianzi.
In 2016, Hsu gained attention for his role as Li Zishuo in the thriller drama "Close Your Eyes Before It's Dark." That year, he also appeared in the romantic drama "Love of Sandstorm" and the inspirational romance "Life Plan A and B." In 2017, he took on the challenging role of Xu Xiaofan, a bipolar patient, in the supernatural suspense drama "Mèng Lǐ Yǒu Yī Qiān Dào Qiáng."
His performances became more diverse in 2018 as he appeared in the campus drama "Age of Rebellion" and the urban romance "My Goddess." In 2019, Hsu gained wider recognition for his role as the passionate police officer Meng Shaofei in the LGBTQ-themed drama "HIStory3: Trapped." He also starred in the drama film "Zihuatanejo" that same year.
In 2021, Hsu participated in the series "Trinity of Shadow," and on October 28, 2022, he appeared in "Shards of Her." In 2024, he will feature in the series "TradeWar," set to air on February 17, and "You Are My Sister," premiering on September 7.
