Jia Bing-qi

Jia Bing-qi, male, was born on July 28, 1991, in mainland China. He is a director, screenwriter, and producer. He specialized in film and television directing during his university studies and gained recognition for his self-written and directed short film "簡單的事 (Simple Matters)," which was featured in the program "愛拍電影 (Love Makes Movies)" on Channel 6. The film later aired on CCTV and various local satellite TVs. His work "一天一天 (One Day at a Time)" won the bronze award at the 2012 "Golden Key" New Media Competition for universities and received the Most Inspiring Award at the 2012 Chengdu Micro Film Carnival.
Jia Bingqi previously worked as an executive director and screenwriter at Glori Pictures Co.,Ltd, known for producing the "iPartment" series. In 2018, he directed the web drama "The Day I Skpipped School For You," which premiered on October 22 and achieved a high rating of 8.4 on Douban, making it the highest-rated web drama of the year. In this drama, he also took on several roles, including producer, art director, and editor. In 2020, he directed the television series "Miss Sunshine On The Way." On February 21, 2023, his television drama "My Girls" premiered on Tencent Video. Subsequently, on December 13, 2023, his directed series "Miss Fang's Love Secrets" also launched on Tencent Video and Aurora TV.
