Luo Jin, born on November 30, 1981, in Tonggu County, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, is a Chinese mainland film and television actor. He graduated in 2006 from the Performance Department of Beijing Film Academy with a bachelor's degree from the class of 2002. He is currently a National Second-Class Actor with the China Coal Mine Art Troupe. In 2003, Luo Jin made a guest appearance in the TV series "The Showroom Tales." In 2005, he appeared in the music video for "Pisces Princess." After graduating from university in 2006, he starred in the TV series "The eyes of war." In 2007, his first leading role in the film "Fujian Blue" was shortlisted for the Dragons and Tigers Award at the Vancouver International Film Festival. In 2009, he gained attention for his roles in the historical drama "Three Kingdoms" and the palace drama "Beauty's Rival in Palace." In 2012, Luo Jin played Yang Zongbao in "Mu Guiying Takes Command" and Chongyang in "A Beauty in Troubled Times."
