Nikki Hsieh

Nikki Hsieh (Hsieh Hsin-Ying), born on May 1, 1985, in Taiwan, is a renowned actress. Before stepping into the entertainment industry, she worked as a print model. During a commercial shoot, she had the fortunate opportunity to meet the famous Taiwanese director Hou Hsiao-Hsien, which opened the door for her to enter the acting profession. After entering the film and television industry, Hsieh Hsin-Ying's acting skills were quickly recognized. In 2006, her performance in "Reflections" earned her the Best Supporting Actress award at the 43rd Golden Horse Awards. By 2011, her outstanding performances in "Make Up" and "Disappear to play to see" won her the Best Actress award at the 13th Taipei Film Festival.
In 2013, Nikki's performance in the television drama "Die Sterntaler" earned her a nomination for Best Actress at the 48th Golden Bell Awards. In 2020, her exceptional roles in "Til Death Do Us Part - The Resident's Rule No.1" and the film "I WeirDO" led to her nominations for Best Supporting Actress at the 55th Golden Bell Awards and Best Actress at both the 57th Golden Horse Awards and the 23rd Taipei Film Awards. In 2024, the film "Suffocating Love," in which she starred, was released nationwide in Taiwan.
