Wang Chung-cheng
Wang Chung-cheng was born in Hsinchu City in 1964. He has a deep understanding of Taiwanese society and humanistic spirit, and is dedicated to the work of film and television directing and production. He graduated from the National Defense University's College of Political Warfare, and once served as a producer and director in a Chinese film studio. After leaving the studio, Wang directed a humanistic film about the victims of Taiwan's 228 Incident — "Forgiven and Forgotten," which caused quite a stir. Each of Wang's works is filled with humane film language, whether it's sorrow or joy, he firmly believes that film content should display the most truthful human nature, allowing the audience to truly be moved by the film. In 2024, he launched his latest masterpiece "The Eye See the Soul."
